Exercising was not yet a habit for me and it was sometimes easier to just listen to the voice in my head and not do my routine.
Starting to shape up a little and my 28 yr. old stepson takes notice.
"Hey Fat A_ _ You should be on free weights. Your routine is not doing anything for You."

Slower but still determined. Weight loss at this point is almost impossible. It now seems impossible and almost as though I have permanently lost sight of my weight goal of 160 lbs.
This is where I begin to plateau out. 02/22/08 Weight:180 I still have 20 lbs to go
180 What was once a goal has now become an accepted "self-image". My body likes it and decides to stay here forever as Complacency sets in "Big Time".
